Hymn All my hope on God is grounded – Chet Valley Churches
Our leave taking and blessing Video – Ian
Music of reflection (3) based on ‘I love to tell the story’ – Bluegrass style
The church that lies before us I love to tell the story
is not the church of old; of God’s amazing grace.
the changes in our culture The Gospel gives us courage
demand new visions bold. for all the tasks we face:
One path for being Christian to bind the broken hearted,
in this post-modern age to give hope to the poor,
lies through our storytelling – to free all those held captive,
our ancient heritage! to help the weak endure.
Rejected from the quarry, I love to tell the story;
this cornerstone of glory: it is our crowning glory
to tell the new old story to live and tell the story --
for ages yet to come. the Word of God alive!
